(Venice, 1548 – Poggio a Caiano, 20th of October, 1587)
Famous for her beauty and refinement, at the early age of 15 she got married with the noble Florentine Pietro Bonaventuri. The Granduke Francesco I de’ Medici, as soon as he met her, started courting her shamelessly, though he himself was already married. The two were first lovers then got married, after the obscure death of Bonaventuri. She got involved in a number of schemes, then Bianca, too, experienced a mysterious death a day after her husband Francesco.
